Terms and Conditions

• Enrolment is open year round subject to availability.

• Prices quoted above are valid for standard months during 2019/2020. On months with 1-week or 2-week breaks from school, discounts will be applied accordingly (25% for 1 week break, 50% for 2 week break).

• A deposit of €300 per new entrant is required to secure a place from September 2019. 

​

• If a deposit is paid and the child does not commence, this money is not refundable. This is to ensure the commitment of our clients. 

​

• Six weeks notice is required to cancel a contract. Deposits will be returned in full if full notice is given. 

​

• One month's notice is required to reduce a plan or increase a plan and is subject to availability.

​

• Direct swaps are not possible. Extra days outside of plans are charged at €35 per day and are subject to availability and at the discretion of management. ​

​

• Payments are to be made on or before the first of each month.

​

• There is a 10% sibling discount. 

​

• There is no reduction in fees for absenteeism or holidays.

​

• A late collection fee of €5 for every 5 minutes will be charged after 6.30pm.
